Pre-Mardi Gras in Soulard -2009

There are tents and port-a-potties lining the streets. On Saturday, the streets of Soulard will be filled with revelers celebrating the second largest Mardi Gras celebration in the nation. The celebration attracts close to half a million people from all over the country.
