We’ve done it for Downtown St. Louis, the Greater Alton area, and Laclede’s Landing,
now Kochan & Company is inviting St. Louis residents to discover the attractions, amenities and businesses of the Carondelet area.
For anyone familiar with the St. Louis neighborhood system, it’s no surprise that this community in the south-easternmost section of St. Louis might consider a branding effort. In a city that includes Lafayette Square, The Hill, Soulard and The Grove, (just a few that stand out from the 79 neighborhoods that together make up St. Louis), it’s advantageous to get your name out there.
Provided with the “Carondelet Living” name, Kochan & Company seeks to position the community as a growing neighborhood with appeal for all ages and income demographics. Carondelet Living encompasses not only the area’s broad residential offerings, but also the many parks and recreational activities, the strong industrial elements, the unique restaurant, retail and entertainment venues, and of course, Carondelet’s historic roots.
Work includes research, strategic planning and brand development, with the creation of a new Carondelet Living logo and an associated marketing campaign. A graduated roll-out is slated for Summer 2012; the multi-tiered program is projected to continue as interest and participation grows.
